Position Overview


Description:

The contractor will provide administrative and operational support to the Employment Law team, with a primary focus on litigation intake processing and settlement-related activities. Core responsibilities will include managing litigation intake workflows; proactively requesting, tracking, and following up on documents from HR teams and other internal stakeholders; and supporting the preparation, facilitation, and electronic execution and filing of settlement agreements.

The contractor will also perform electronic document management, including organizing, filing, and transferring documents between systems such as SharePoint and CounselLink. In addition, the role will serve as a coordination point between the client, internal stakeholders, and opposing counsel to help facilitate communications and ensure efficient information flow.

The role will include broader administrative support for the team, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and assisting with T&E reporting (including Concur expense submissions), as needed to support overall team operations.



Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The engagement is expected to require approximately 20-35 hours per week, depending on team needs. Contractor would need to be in office 1-3 days a week, depending on number of hours needed in that week.
