Description:The contractor will provide administrative and operational support to the Employment Law team, with a primary focus on litigation intake processing and settlement-related activities. Core responsibilities will include managing litigation intake workflows; proactively requesting, tracking, and following up on documents from HR teams and other internal stakeholders; and supporting the preparation, facilitation, and electronic execution and filing of settlement agreements.The contractor will also perform electronic document management, including organizing, filing, and transferring documents between systems such as SharePoint and CounselLink.
