DESCRIPTION OF WORK:The client is seeking Senior Business Analysts to support the business process and requirements analysis and implementation of Data Modernization project for client .The client is seeking Senior Business Analysts to support the business process and requirements analysis and implementation of Data Modernization Initiative project.The client is seeking a short-team Senior Business Analyst / Technical Writer to support the business process analysis and requirement gathering towards procurement and implementation of the Data Modernization Initiative project.RESPONSIBILITIESConducts stakeholder analysisConducts market research and analysisIdentifying and documenting current and future state process workflowsCreating User stories and acceptance criteriaDevelops Contextual diagrams, functional decomposition, and process workflowsDevelops the following documents business process models, use cases, wireframes, entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, system context diagramsGathers, develops, documents and validates business, functional and technical requirementsPerform functional and integrated testingPrepare and maintain project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports and user documentationWorks with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure application designs meet business requirementsCreate and maintain Requirement Traceability matrixProvide business analysis deliverables as input to the procurement documents and assist in writing the procurement documentation as requiredUAT support, including developing test scenarios and casesSupporting required system go-live activitiesBuild Business, stakeholder, solution and transition requirementsDocument gap analysisAuthors and prepares meeting minutes to be distributed to a variety of audiencesAuthors user stories, test scripts, and other Agile deliverablesFollows PMO PM and BA methodology documentationAttends all PMO meetingsEmployee will perform other related work as requiredTravels in the local Raleigh area to attend meetingsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES / COMPETENCIES:Demonstrated experience participating in the documentation of functional requirements and technical specifications for existing and new applicationsStrong writing and communication skills and can build relationships with both their team members and clientsResults-oriented individual with a very strong work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work with customers as a member of cross-divisional work groups and maintain positive and productive relationships with customers, peers, and superiorsAbility to act independently with sound business judgment and thrive in environment with diverse communication stylesAbility to prepare and present oral and written documents clearly and conciselyExhibit comprehensive knowledge of the work requirements demonstrated by an in-depth understanding and use of advanced principles, theories and practices associated with Business Analysis and PMI PMBOK® Guide and StandardsExperience working with customers to advise on strategies, alternatives and the implications of specific application customizations and interface designsPossess a high-level understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system designAbility to manage complex assignments with multiple work streams and aggressive (and sometimes competing) timelinesUnderstanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and processKnowledge of and experience with IT Service Management best practices and principlesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft ProjectExtensive understanding of SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groupsHealthcare data reporting systems experience is requiredSkill -
