Manufacturing Technician

Summary
The client is in need of a Manufacturing Technician to assist in the processing of scintillator material (Load/unload furnaces, product formation and densification), Data Collection, Product Sampling, Analytical testing (Particle Size Analysis & ICP), and Chemical handling (Both liquid and solid). As a production technician, your responsibilities will stretch beyond making daily output targets by being involved with trouble shooting and working with the engineering team

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor calcine furnace, disk mill, and compactor equipment in the powder processing room to produce high-quality CT subassembly materials.
Ensure strict compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including consistent use of PPE, maintaining clean/organized work areas, and reporting hazards promptly.
Follow Client Quality Management System and operational processes to deliver defect-free material, maintaining accurate and timely production and recordkeeping.
Achieve production delivery targets by monitoring daily output, escalating issues promptly, and ensuring products are delivered on time to support customer needs.
Minimize scrap and equipment downtime by following proper operating procedures, escalating process issues, and contributing to cost-efficient manufacturing.
Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement by treating colleagues fairly, suggesting process enhancements, and actively supporting a safe, positive work environment.

Requirements
Associates degree (or local equivalent 2 year degree), or a High School diploma (or local equivalent) and 2 or more years technical experience
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Technology related fields
Prior experience in Chemical manufacturing or Clean room manufacturing



Notes:
Work shift – 1st Shift 6:00AM-2:30PM – 30min Meal break at 11:00am
