Job Description


PLM Implementation

This role will support the Owned Brand (OB) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology team, sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and experience. The position focuses on enabling teams to understand and adopt both existing and emerging PLM capabilities that enhance how we deliver Product and Packaging Development across Owned Brands.

The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator and problem-solver who can translate complex product functionality into clear, actionable insights for a diverse set of business partners. This role will serve as a key point of contact for users, helping to answer questions, provide guidance, and support user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for users – answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting issue resolution.
Partner with Product Managers to communicate updates, collect feedback, and ensure business needs are accurately reflected in PLM enhancements.
Develop and manage user-facing materials such as release notes, training guides and communications to drive understanding and adoption.
Assist with light product management activities including documenting requirements, validating functionality, and tracking enhancement requests.
Contribute to change management and adoption strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth transitions as new capabilities are introduced.
Monitor and report on user engagement and system adoption to identify opportunities for improved training, communication, or process optimization.

Experience/Background:
3–6 years of experience in product management or product marketing.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Clear and compelling communicator who can make complex information simple, actionable, and engaging.
Experience in retail, consumer products, or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus.
Experience with Owned Brand PLM systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Apparel & Accessories, Home & Hardlines and Essentials & Beauty product and packaging development is a plus.
