The APD Project Coordinator is an essential entry-level role that provides the foundational administrative and operational support needed for the APD Team to function effectively.The APD Project Coordinator is an entry-level role that provides essential coordination, structure, and operational support for the Advanced Planning Document (APD) Writing Team within the client Medicaid Program. This position assists with contract tracking, documentation management, process organization, and communication to ensure APD activities run efficiently and remain compliant with client requirements. By providing high-quality administrative and project coordination support, this role strengthens operational consistency across the Advanced Planning Office (APO) and contributes to the overall success of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Program.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport APD development activities through scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of required documentationAssist with contract tracking and alignment between APDs, amendments, and contract requirementsMaintain and organize APD documentation, templates, correspondence, and audit recordsHelp track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across APD effortsPrepare status updates, meeting summaries, and reports as neededEnsure documentation accuracy and readiness for APD submissionsSupport cross-team communication between business units, project teams, vendors, budget offices, and other stakeholdersAssist with version control, document formatting, and quality checksProvide logistical support for APD kickoff, review, and closeout cyclesHelp maintain internal tools, trackers, and repositories used by the APD teamSupport continuous process improvement efforts within the APOSkill - Required / Desired - Amount of ExperienceExperience executing against multiple priorities/projects. - Required - 2 YearsWorking knowledge of project collaboration and tracking tools (Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) - Required - 2 YearsVery good documentation, organizational, and coordination skills. - Required - 3 YearsVery good level communication skills, both verbal and written. - Required - 2 YearsDemonstrated collaboration experience. - Required - 2 YearsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Required - 2 YearsExperience with administrative support, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and other duties as assigned. - Required - 2 YearsNotes:Remote
