Position DescriptionThe client is seeking a detail-oriented, articulate, and friendly project coordinator to support the growing Rural Health Transformation Program.The person successful in this role will be a skilled communicator, and responsive to changing circumstances. They’ll work effectively with people from across a variety of professional and lived experiences. This role is public-facing.The project coordinator may be responsible for:scheduling Rural Health Transformation Program meetings which will include public and external partners, managing calendars for the Program Director and Deputy Director, coordinating onboarding for new workforce members to the client Management and Rural Health Transformation Program, taking meeting minutes, updating decision or action logs, sending email memorandums, which include public and external partners, monitoring the Program inbox, and tracking assignments.Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:Calendar management (5-10 years)Project task tracking (5-10 years)Meeting preparation (5-10 years)Workforce onboarding support (5-10 years)Nice to Have Skills:Familiarity with State and Federal government structure (1-10 years)Familiarity with federal grant management terminology (1-10 years)Microsoft Office Suite fluent, including Teams, Planner, Lists, SharePoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word (10 years)Notes:The selected hire will be working a hybrid schedule, 50% remote and 50% in office.
