Description:Project ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary onsite liaison for the insulation outage project.Attend and actively contribute to daily project meetings.Enforce compliance with fatigue management rules for hourly workers.Own supplier action items and ensure timely resolution.Act as the main point of contact for suppliers during your shift.Coordinate with vendors to maintain alignment with project schedules and deadlines.Provide written progress and status updates to support schedule adherence.Oversee removal and replacement of LV bus duct, including cutting and welding activities.RequirementsExperience: 3–5 years in a similar role; nuclear industry experience preferred (open to other industries with relevant skills).Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret detailed project schedules (Primavera experience preferred).Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Compliance: Must pass background check for nuclear site accessCertifications: PMP certification is a plus but not required.Notes:Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day Shift)Start/Stop Times: To be determinedVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
