Anticipates and follows up on requests and issues with proactive, problem-solving approach Organizes and maintains files and sensitive information. Places departmental office supply orders as needed. COMMUNICATION: Good grammar and English skills; Creates an environment that fosters teamwork and trust.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to balance multiple tasks; Ability to exercise independent judgment to complete assignments. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and interpersonal skills.
