Job Description
The client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Health IT Integration and Provider Engagement Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our Business Relations Team. This team is focused on provider outreach, training, data connectivity, and delivering hands-on support to the provider community. The consultant will play a dual role—supporting providers through technical integration and connectivity processes, while also helping optimize internal systems like the CRM platform to improve service delivery, administrative data capture, and reporting accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
Provider Engagement & Technical Integration
Act as a strategic consultant to the Business Relations Team, providing expert guidance on provider onboarding, data connections, and workflow alignment with health information exchange (HIE) systems.
Support healthcare providers throughout the full lifecycle of onboarding—from initial outreach through integration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Communicate technical concepts and requirements clearly to clinical and administrative stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Serve as a liaison between providers, internal teams, and technical vendors to troubleshoot issues and ensure data is transmitted accurately and securely.
Contribute to the development of training materials, job aids, and user guides that improve provider understanding and confidence in HIE processes.
CRM Platform Optimization & Data Management
Work with the Business Relations Team to optimize use of the organization’s CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking of provider status, engagement activity, training, and connection milestones.
Configure and enhance CRM fields, workflows, and dashboards to support operational efficiency and data visibility.
Lead or support data quality initiatives, including routine audits, updates, and deduplication efforts within the CRM system.
Establish and maintain best practices for administrative data capture and documentation related to provider engagement activities.
Collaborate with leadership to develop reports, performance metrics, and data insights that inform strategy and decision-making.

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Health IT, provider relations, or healthcare system implementation - Required - 5 Years
Strong knowledge of health information exchange (HIE), EHR/EMR systems, and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR). - Required - 5 Years
Experience supporting CRM platform usage and optimization (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics). - Required - 5 Years
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail - Required - 5 Years
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. - Required - 3 Years
