Job Description


The Business Analyst 3 serves as an experienced analyst responsible for independently leading requirements analysis for moderately complex initiatives and supporting larger efforts. This role facilitates stakeholder discussions, documents business needs and requirements, creates workflows and visual documentation, supports traceability, and works closely with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discovery for moderately complex projects, enhancements, or system changes.
Facilitate requirements sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, QA, and other project participants.
Analyze current-state and future-state business needs, including gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts to users or systems.
Create business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal notation such as BPMN when appropriate.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements.
Ensure requirements are understandable, testable, traceable, and aligned to the stated business need.
Support the development and maintenance of Requirements Traceability Matrices for assigned work.
Identify impacts across systems, operations, reporting, training, and other business areas.
Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers, QA, OCM/training, and business stakeholders to support refinement and delivery.
Help decompose larger requirements into smaller, actionable work items for development and testing.
Communicate analysis findings, requirements decisions, risks, and unresolved questions clearly to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support consistent use of BA standards, templates, and documentation methods.

Skill - Required / Desired - Amount of Experience
Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools - Required - 9 Years
Strong understanding of Agile principles, backlog refinement, and user story lifecycle management - Required - 9 Years
Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. - Required - 9 Years
Ability to create detailed documentation and visual artifacts to support development efforts - Required - 9 Years
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart or other diagramming software - Required - 9 Years

100% Remote - Candidates MUST be able to report onsite for 1st day
